The event was organized at Moti Jheel on October, 2021 with the support of MyBag India and Kanpur Municipal Corporation.
The event was hosted by MyBag India where various eco-friendly bags were displayed. The participants were given an opportunity to try out these bags and were asked to share their feedbacks on how these bags can replace the single-use plastic bags that harm the environment.
The participants also had an opportunity to win some prizes while they shared their thoughts on this issue.
During the event, Mr. Ishank Kumar Dhanuka, CEO at MyBag India, spoke about why we should switch over to eco-friendly bags instead of using single-use plastic bags which are harmful to our environment. He also explained how these bags can help reduce plastic waste and make a difference in our lives.
Kanpur Municipal Corporation also spoke about the importance of using eco-friendly bags as compared to single-use plastic bags which are harmful for our environment. They emphasized on how this initiative will help them take bold steps towards eradicating the use of single-use plastic bags completely within Kanpur City itself in a fun way with a lot of games that engaged the participants.
